    To my amazing customers and friends,

    I now feel a little more comfortable sharing my news and the journey I have ahead, more so than I did a few weeks ago when I posted a rather cryptic message.

    Of course, the rumor mill beat me to a few of you, but I wanted you to hear (or read) this directly from me, because it’s my news to share!

    After a lot of self-advocacy and persistence with several surgeons, I’ve been diagnosed with early-stage cancerous changes in my right breast.

    Catching this has of course been draining and overwhelming, but getting it so early is also a huge relief, as it means I can take control of my future and make informed, thoughtful choices about my treatment without being rushed into any drastic decisions.

    This is why I’ve been MIA in the shop lately, focusing on my health and making the best possible decisions for myself and my family!

    As most of you know, I have two children with disabilities so I need to kick this in the butt so I can live a long, beautiful life with my babies and my husband.

    The next 6 months will be challenging with loads of appointments and trialing different medical options but I’m up for the fight.

    Thank you for your patience, understanding, and all the positive energy you’ve shared with me so far!

    Please keep it coming It truly means the world to me and my young family, as I tackle this next step in my journey.
